Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the shipping date. Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid SmartLabel shipping document.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Give your package to any authorized USPS or FedEx drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.
